The Dalmore 1969 Constellation 42 yr Cask #14
This whisky spent 36 years slumbering in our deepest darkest warehouses, nurtured in American white oak casks. Only when the time was right, did our Master Distiller reawaken this whisky. The spirit was carefully transferred into a specially selected Matusalem oloroso cask which previously contained 30-year-old sherry. This exquisite sherry cask, sourced from the renowned bodega González Byass, further enhances the spirit's beauty and gifts it with notes of fig, raisins, and pecan pie. For its final refinement, the whisky was transferred into a freshly emptied bourbon cask for two years.

Old Rosebud 14yr 1916-1929
Proof: 100 | 13 yr | American Whiskey | Old Rosebud was produced during The Prohibition by The American Medicinal Spirits Company. The whiskey was distilled in the spring of 1916 at the E.L. Miles & Co. Distillery, and was bottled in bond in fall 1929. The National Prohibition Act of 1919, made it illegal to produce and consume alcohol. In those days, doctors believed that alcohol helped with all sorts of ailments and therefore whiskey was still allowed to be dispensed for medicinal purposes. The American Medicinal Spirits Company was created at the start of Prohibition, by the brothers Otho and Richard Eugene Wathen. It was one of the distilling companies that used a medicinal loophole, to continue producing whiskey. National Distillers took over the AMS Co. in 1927, and later went on to become one of the Big Four whiskey companies following the repeal of Prohibition.

Old WL Weller 7 Year Old Special Reserve Bourbon, 1977
W.L. Weller 7 Years Old Special Reserve 1970s- This is an amazing vintage bourbon from the legendary Stitzel-Weller Distillery, presented in the classic dumpy bottle. The bourbon aged for a minimum of 7 years, and was bottled in the 1970s at 90 proof. W.L. Weller was created by bourbon icon Pappy Van Winkle as a tribute to the founder of W.L. Weller & Sons, 19th-century distiller William Larue Weller, who was the first to distill straight bourbon from wheat instead of rye. Its wheat bourbon recipe is the same as that of Pappy Van Winkle. Sazerac acquired the W.L. Weller brand in 1999 and moved production to their Buffalo Trace Distillery.
