With 30 years of hospitality under his belt in and around the Houston area, Jace landed at Reserve 101 in 2009. Having done everything there is to do under the banner of restaurants and bars, ownership was a natural progression. An accredited Executive Bourbon Steward, and graduate from the Edinburgh Whiskey Academy with a certification in excellence in Scotch Whisky, Jace has been fortunate enough to have learned from some of the best in the business.  As an owner of Reserve 101, Jace has spearheaded the mentality that whiskey is something that should be enjoyed, and not criticized for liking. As the leader of education at Reserve, his goal is to spread the word that whiskey should be enjoyed the way you want to enjoy it, and nobody should tell you different.
