For 13 years Jace worked as a bartender and General Manager, before he took on a role of ownership. During his time at Reserve 101, Jace has acquired the Executive Bourbon Steward certification, as well as a diploma from the Edinburgh Whisky Academy for excellence in Scotch whisky.
